SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping to Uk, Europe and Worldwide.
If you do not see your selected country please email us and we will advise you of your shipping options.
Once you proceed to checkout you then select your country , then region and press continue .
Your shipping costs will be recalculated at final checkout .
Unfortunately, we aren't able to take responsibility for shipping delays that are out of our control but we will always try to resolve any issue as fast as possible and appreciate your patience.
UK - 2-5 business days
European 7-14 business days
Worldwide / International 10-21 business days
(Business days are Monday - Friday. This does not include any public holidays)

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your products, but should you wish to return something to us , here's what to do .
Due to the nature of the product and for the purpose of hygiene we do not offer a refund/exchange on cosmetic goods that have been opened / used .
We will be happy to exchange goods that have arrived damaged or faulty.
If any of your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order ( we will request proof of damage ).
All returns must be posted back within 10 days , in its original packaging and unopened. We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use.
Please enclose with your return : your full name , email address and contact details .

Should any unusual case of an allergic reaction occur, please contact us for our support team to review.
We recommend that all items are returned via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods. The return postage is paid for by yourself and will not be refunded.

How long do refunds take ?
We aim to process all our returns within 5-7 working days (with the exemption of public holidays).
Please allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited. The refund process depends on your original purchase payment method and the refund policy durantion of your bank.
