The sealer is designed to help your lashes last longer, seal the bonder and remove any stickiness on the lashes. Not using the bonder can result in lashes sticking together when your eyes are closed .
Directions : Do not apply too thickly !
Run the ball of the wand along the base of the lashes and lightly stroke the brush along the lashes .
Then clamp the base of the lashes only.
Please patch test before application.
