Water activated eyeliner.
How to :
Add a small drop of water in to the lid. Dip your brush in to the water and start to work the wet brush into the liner paste, creating a wet mixture .
Once the mixture resembles a thick paste then apply to the eye.
Note : It takes a little time to master the cosistency .... make sure the application is not to watery .
Liners will dry matte and will not transfer.
